The baby pink fabric is a rayon crepe. Appears to be handmade

Bust: max bust is ~36"
Waist: approximately 24" at rest, and max waist is ~32"
Hip: 44" (best for ~42" max hip)
Length: 54" (will fall slightly shorter because of bias cut)
